Physician Referral Exercise Prescription (PREP) program
The PREP program is designed to partner with area physicians, therapist and other medical professionals that are working with patients that need extra work. Most people leave their surgeons, doctors and therapist about 80% completed. It is up to you to finish and continue your work. Need extra help and can't afford it?
